South Africa Poker Open Winner Jamie Vilela

There were more than 100 players on hand to take part in the first ever South African Poker Open, which took place recently at the MonteCasino Resort in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event, hosted by Kenna James and Robert Williamson III, created a R2 million prize pool, the lion's share of which went to Vilela. Vilela, who won the event when his four of a kind took the last pot, had previously cashed in 56th place at the All-African Poker Tournament in February.
