Nick & Effie Boyioukos Are Aussie Millions Team Champs
43 teams entered the $2,200 NLHE Team Event at the Aussie Millions 2009. Each team was comprised of two players. Teams got 5000 chips. One player started the first level. Another played the second and could add chips if he or she wanted to.
Peter Aristodou and Amanda De Cesare played heads up against the eventual winners Nick and Effie Bouyioukos. The Bouyioukos overcame a slight chip deficit en route to the win. They collected $31,500 for the title.
