Foxxy WPT Seasons Pass

Oh What a Beautiful Mornin it was for Oklahoma rancher Augie Foxx the day after the close of the WPT Boot Camp Battle for the Season Pass Caribbean Conference. Foxx, 62, was the last man standing out of 196 players in the Bahamas, and the sweet prize for Foxx was the Season Pass itself. Foxx now has the next three years to pick and chose 15 WPT main events to play, all for free. As the WPT is known for spreading their tournaments around the globe a bit, Foxx also gets $14,000 for travel expenses.
The $3,995 Foxx paid to play in the event must surely seem like the smartest investment the rancher ever made. Mike Sexton was on hand as the host, and plenty of pros were there to witness the win by Foxx, who may well become one of them with his win. Way to go, Foxx! Perhaps by this time next year the new poker battle cry will be "Augie! Augie! Augie!"
