WSOP Continues Customer Focus
In the past when a player busted out of a World Series of Poker event in the money, they had to hang around in the tournament room and watch the action (or not) while they waited to be paid. This often lead to hard feelings and stress for these players, many of whom were playing marathon sessions and were plenty disappointed to be out of the event. This year that will all change. Now players in the money will have their winnings credited to their Harrah's Total Rewards card as they are escorted to a private room set aside just for them. While their paperwork is processed and their funds retrieved, players will be able to eat, drink and relax away from the action and the press.
