Ladies Event Setting Records at WSOP

Thanks to a new attendance record Harrah's can add “Now with More Ladies than Ever Before!” to their marketing efforts, with a record 1,286 players. Granted, that's only 158 more than last year, but it's still truth in advertising.

Part of the draw this year was the expanded prize package for the ladies event. The bracelet (uniquely designed by CORUM) and the cash, of course, but also a special lifestyle and makeover event by “The Swan” creator Nely Galan- which will be really funny if someone like “Poker Diva” Liz Lieu wins the event.
